PWInsider is reporting that there's talk of some other talent departing TNA soon, although they haven't confirmed any names.

Two of the big names that are rumored are Rob Van Dam and Hernandez. While I can't confirm contract statuses for either guy, it has been rumored that Hernandez is likely to finish up over the next couple of weeks while RVD is rumored to be done sometime in March. RVD cut an interview in late 2010 that implied that he would be done in 2013 so unless he has some sort of rollover contract or something, you have to take him at his word
.

Always like Hernandez, just a shame they botched his singles push, as keeping LAX together would of been a hell of a lot better. Won't miss RVD either, still a fan of his ring work, they just don't seem to know what to do with him. Prob be some lesser guys they never use leaving also, as usually there turnover is with guys lower on the card.

Hernandez & Homicide should go to WWE and form a tag team again. That'd be a boost.

If only, if only... ROH is also a good spot for Hernandez

I think Hernandez has a good look and he is pretty built. A gimmick similar to his current one would work well in the WWE if they know what to do with him and use him, especially since they're bringing in a lot of Mexican talent as of late. Would love to see him in WWE.

And of course RVD will be back in the WWE this year.

These two guys aren't doing anything in TNA right now anyways. I'd like to see Hernandez get a real singles push but that isn't going to happen so he's better off surfing the Indies. I don't care what RVD does at this point.

I don't see RVD going back to WWE, he's not going to want to work the schedule, maybe he signs a legend deal though and shows up @ SummerSlam.

He said that he wanted to return to the WWE this year.

I could see both going to WWE easily. In fact I could see Hernandez replacing Camacho and Marlow being repackaged

Hernandez would be a good bodyguard for Hunico, as for RVD i'm over him at this point so i don't really want him back in the WWE.

I think Hernandez and Hunico would make a good team. I also think Marlow could be repackaged and partnered with Clay even in the Funkasuarus gimmick when you look at his FCW personality.

RVD to me has two uses. IC/US division champ on either brand or tag run with Rey

Don't like either, Hernandez botches more than Sin Cara and RVD hasn't been interesting for a decade.

I still believe the biggest get from TNA and guy WWe would give cash to is Jeff Hardy. He could really be the guy on SD if he stays clean

I used to be a fan of Hernandez until they stopped pushing him, which made me very disappointed so I gave up on him. I hope to see RVD move back to the WWE once he leaves TNA, I think the WWE could have some big things planned for him.

That'll be a huge chunk of change they'll be saving when RVD is off the payroll, i'd imagine easily at least half a million. He got an incredible pop when he debuted though, easily the loudest the pop i've heard since watching TNA and I think they tried to capitalise on that by giving him the title so early on which I can sort of understand. I'm probably going to miss a whole chunk of stuff out that he did afterwards, but I thought that when they had him be butchered by Abyss and taken off TV (due to their idiocy of not being able to hand his contract) he never really recovered from that. Like I said after that, I can't really remember what he did from that point onwards but I seem to recall a shitty feud with Daniels I think? and also that extremely dissapointing stuff with Jerry Lynn. Sure he half assed his way around TNA and hasn't switched anything up ever, but i'd still kind of mark out seeing him floating around on SmackDown.

Hernandez always struck me as a WWE guy the first time I saw. Not only is he Mexican, he has the WWE build too which when combined together just seems the type of guy you'd be expecting them to bust a gut over signing.

With WWE wanting to keep their appeal with the latin market Hernandez is a no brainer for them to get. A guy of his size being able to fly some while being pretty strong just seems like a real nice fit for WWE. RVD as I've said before it's all gonna depend on the whole drug testing issue on if I could see him back. I wouldn't mind him back on Smackdown as they could use him as someone in the midcard and every now and then can plug in multiman world title matches.

I honestly thought that Hernandez had already been fired by TNA. I remember he was sent down to AAA and after that TNA were disappointed in him so I thought they dropped him then. I agree that he is certainly gone when his contract expires. TNA dropped the ball by splitting LAX, I said it at the time and both guys have been much worse off since they split. I could definitely see WWE offering him a deal, nothing massive but they will take a shot on him.

RVD will be gone, TNA used him terribly and now don't even book him so it would be suicide if they gave him another deal. He isn't worth the money to TNA but I can see WWE offering him something since they need stars and he will pop the crowd and sell merchandise.

It wouldn't surprise me if TNA also release guys like Devon, D'Angelo Dinero and Scott Steiner.
