I’m trying to figure out what Universe this movie exactly falls into.

Cause they have Keaton playing presumably Adrian Toomes which would suggest he’s in the Tom Holland Spider-Man universe but there’s a trailer where he mentions Venom who doesn’t exist yet in that universe.

Or it could simply be a stand alone

I don’t know anything about the character but this looks not good to me. I like the cast though, aside from Jared Leto.

I mean Sony doesn’t have the best track record. I personally thought both Venom movies were atrocious but I’m still going to give it a shot

I personally enjoyed both Venom movies, so I probably got a good chance of liking this. Although I enjoyed the first movie way more, mostly because I liked Riz Ahmed in it. I will admit I'm a bit shaky on Leto as well in the lead. He's very hit or miss. Will just have to see how it turns out.

Yeah it feels like gap Film inbetween all the Multiverse chaos that has been going on. I guess we'll find out by the end of this the direction they have with Mobius.

I just got back from Morbius. Yeah this movie sucks. Jared Leto is the least offender. He gives a pretty straightforward portrayal of Morbius but there’s nothing interesting about the character… or any character really. The plot is rushed, the character motivations are pretty much zero. They shoehorn random shit in. It’s not good. The action scenes are moderately entertaining but should’ve been way better.

Sony needs to just fuck off with their sad attempts to copy Marvel and just let Marvel handle their characters. This is the second character they’ve fucked up now.
