I wasn't going to if it was a channel, but as soon as they announced it's a streaming service, pending reviews of quality/speed, I'd say 99% yes I will.
Finally get to relive the AE all over again.

They're going to upload all the AE episodes? I'm tempted then. I didn't even realise it's not going to be a channel either. Anyone else feel like they've spent far too much and put so much effort into making what seems to be a glorified wrestling Netflix? This couldn't have been their intention all along.

Yeah, every show as far as I'm aware. Not from launch, but there's always going to be 1000+ hours of content at any time. They are also removing things from time to time, not everything will be available all the time, which sucks, but oh well.
Yeah, it's not a channel anymore. Most definitely they've spent too much to be another Netflix. It wasn't their intention, but the TV clearances were going to cost 10x more than this, so they rolled with this. Plus in this day n age, streaming services > channels. Premium channels are in decline.
No word on all the RAW episodes yet, but I'm sure it'll come in the future. Latest available RAW currently is sometime in January this year apparently.
It was probably their intention to make it a channel until they realized just how much money the Oprah channel was losing and how much Netflix was making.
