Cena and Vince were there, what are they going to blame it on now?

Probably, you know, the presidential debate and big sports games...

This week was never going to get good ratings, it just shouldn't have got the worst ratings of the year. As I said, I bet we care about it more (for some stupid reason) more than WWE. If it continues next week then yes, they're still in deep trouble.

I'm not 100% on the Neilson rating system but take this seems to insinuate that viewership does matter:

"Nielsen ratings are the audience measurement systems developed by the Nielsen Company, in an effort to determine the audience size and composition of television programming in the United States."

You can't get a 6.0 with 1000 people watching, so yes I think it does effect the rating.

ok but 3.58 mil is still a large number. they had even lower viewership on Oct 1 and got a little bit more better ratings than this one so it might just be the product itself and this whole 3 hour thing.

Yeah I think everyone except WWE realise 3 hours has killed their product totally. I say this a lot but a LONG movie is 3 hours long. If you go to watch a movie that's 3 hours long it's normally a talking point with your friends, so how can they expect to produce and make a long movie with pure quality every single week? They can't, especially as they tape main event, saturday morning slam, SmackDOwn, Superstars, NXT, be a star campaigns, tours, etc etc etc. The list goes on.

I think there are lots of people inside WWE who are aware of that, they're just stuck to it for a while due to USA I think.

The problem is not how long the show itself goes without ads, the thing is, when you watch it live you have to sit through three hours of TV. Ads make it even worse because you have to watch ads instead of the actual show.

I think the "2.4" was the percent of viewers watching Raw, and surely more people were watching TV with the presidential debates on.

Should Raw move to Wednesday? Usually Wednesday night draws the least, but there's nothing on against it.
