I agree he's been doing the best character-work of his career. Some of the best promos of his career, and some very, very good matches.

I guess they figure since he's been doing so well in those other areas that if he wins a bunch on top of that, he might start to get cheered or something, and you can't have that.

It's just amazing to me. In my 30 years of watching, not one of my favorites has been on such a losing streak that Seth's been on for the last 7 months or so. Kayfabe wise, I;m not even sure if his opponenets should take him seriously to win anymore.
