That's only because notifications were disabled, I can't prevent Xanths mistakes.
I'll fix it shortly.

Still not working . The header is fixed but I can't check the notifications , it just saysUCP awards and help

I know, notifications aren't working right now. I added them and they don't function like they used to.

What's wrong with them? They work fine now on the main theme (people have to re-apply their previous settings though).

When I add the <myalerts> to the mobile header, it resizes the header and also the alert box no longer stays open.

That's odd. Sounds like a CSS issue to me. By saying "no longer stays open", do you mean it opens then closes immediately? If so, check the headerinclude to ensure the JS is not duplicated.
