The scene opens once again during the night, the sun has set and been replaced by the moon and the stars lighting up the sky. The location is unknown and is made less clear by a thick mist surrounding the area. One miles east to the current location the mist is much thinner, if not almost disappeared, but from a distance source of light ripples of water can be seen suggesting we are on the coast or near some huge river. It is very quiet, not a sound is heard, no owls hooting, nobody talking in the distance, its as though time is standing still, this place has been seen by very few eyes, and even lesser people have walked through it. At this moment though footsteps can be heard in the distance, the footsteps are not loud but someone is approaching, not at great pace, the sounds of the footsteps are distant and far between. As the footsteps get louder a shadow of a man can be seen slowly walking out of the depths of the mist. As the character walks towards thinner mist there is a sudden coldness in the air, this is seen through every breath that this man takes, each exhaled breath resulting in a thick cloud coming out of his mouth. The man then pauses and talks in a low, cold darkened voice.
Freeman: The Saviour…has returned.
At this point Adam Freeman steps out of the darkness into a small ray of light, the light is very weak and flickering as though its about to go out. The clothing Freeman is wearing is very reflecting off the Freeman of two years ago. Gone are the usual fan favourite Freeman props, and so seems the same old Freeman, the darker theme is illustrated further in the clothes Freeman has on, black trousers, black shoes, and black suit. The only remaining feature that remains the same is Freeman’s hair, which is neatly styled with the stuck up fringe as per usual. There is a definite fire that burns in Freeman’s eyes, but this is no good fire, a dark evil like passion that has bubbled up from within, and at this point Freeman speaks again in the low, cold like tone.
Freeman: Yes the Saviour has returned, but the same old saviour has not returned. The Freeman that was seen not so long ago parading around the ring, being pulled around on a string by the people in the crowd has gone. The Freeman that came to please the fans, to give them what they wanted to see has gone. When I returned last week I came out as the same old Freeman, speaking of how entertained they will be now I’m back but the fans chose t turn their backs on me and boo me and instead favour their support to Jared Thunder. And this tells me two things, one that I was wrong to try and please the IWF fans and two, that they never really cared about me atall. For all I have gave them over the years in my IWF career, they quickly jumped ship too a pathetic no hope of a superstar that Jared Thunder is. You people have made your choice, and to be honest I have made mine, I never did need you people, I never needed you and I never will need you and now is no different, so go ahead cheer for Jared Thunder, the fact is it doesn’t really matter.
Freeman takes a look up at the sky and looks up at the stars with a glint in his eye before continuing to speak.
Freeman: When I returned two weeks ago I sent an direct message to the whole of IWF, it just happens that I used Thunder to get my message across and this week on Monday Night Mayhem, I get another chance to send a message to the IWF, but this time it’s a different message, and that message is that Adam Freeman is coming to reclaim what should rightfully be handed to me anyway and that is the IWF Championship. No one and I mean no one in this company is even close to the greatness that I am, no one is even close to ever being as good as I am. Because I am the best in the IWF and I showed that I haven’t lost a step last week in my total domination of another young up and comer who things he has what it takes. I hope you were watching my match last week because I am going to do the exact same thing to you Jared Thunder. Do you not see what is happening, do you not see a pattern, the last two weeks you have been in the ring with me you have ended up being laid out by a codebreaker. Maybe I hit you with it so hard that you have lost grasp of reality. I can quite easily hit you with that move again and lay you out in the middle of the ring and that’s all it takes. You say your going to break my neck, well when I leave you unconscious in the middle of the ring I can do whatever I want to you and I will destroy you, after I have knocked you out I will turn you over in the Walls submission and wrenched as hard as I can and maybe just maybe it will you who gets the broken neck when I jam my knee into your back, you can not stop me Jared Thunder and I will be getting the championship shot, not you.
Freeman grins at the camera looking very focuses on the task at hand, the light finally flickers completely off as the scene fades.
