The fans at the House Show continue to cheer as the loser of the just finished opening match, makes his way behind the curtain at the top of the entrance ramp.

Then "We Die Young" by Alice in Chains hits the arena as the fans begin to cheer and gold pyro emits from the top of the titan-tron, raining down on the stage. Ryan Harrison steps out onto the middle of the stage, head down, with the effect of the gold pyro falling over Ryan Harrison like a waterfall. Ryan than lifts his head, looking out at the fans and the ring infront of him, before confidently making his way down the ramp. Ryan slaps the hands of a few fans on either side of the entrance ramp before turning his attention to the ring ahead. Ryan rolls into the ring, stands up and climbs to the top of the nearest turnbuckle. Ryan points out into the crowd at all the fans and than points back to himself before jumping back down to the ring.

Jessica Lock: Standing in at five feet nine inches, from New York City, New York, “The Rising Star” Ryan Harrison!

A few more fans cheer, whilst there are some mixed boos from a few fans throughout the crowd. Ryan takes the microphone from Jessica Lock, who then leaves the ring. Ryan then looks around at the crowd before lifting the microphone to his lips.

Ryan Harrison: "Alright people, less than a few days has passed since our first event and let me just say that the Mayhem of the IWF is still very much, alive and kicking!"

The crowd cheers at this.

Ryan: "Exactly. Now, good things come to those who chase them. And you want to hear a good thing? I have been chosen to Main Event the second Monday Night Mayhem. That's right, now if I were a lesser man, kind of like my former self, than I would scream, conduct myself in a manner that is both destructive and arrogant. But no! The old Ryan Harrison is no more. Like the IWF, change has come about, to myself and the way I see things. You know, some people have asked me and a lot of people have questioned me, 'Ryan, what is with the new attitude? Why have you changed? How can you change?' Well I have responded to those questions with the same simple answers that I will share with you peeps in the crowd. IWF fans, the new attitude was a necessity. Because you see, I truly was not happy. I was forcing myself to believe, constantly telling myself that I was perfection. Now Ryan Harrison is good at what he does, that I won't lie about. But I am definitely not perfection. And once I removed that lie, once I withdrew the veil from over my eyes, I could finally see the flaws that had hindered me, both professionally and personally. I could understand that I was not happy; my success both in and out of the ring had been almost little to nothing. And it was time for a change. I simply needed to change, I needed to become a better person because the person that I originally was, was not working in any sense. So that's why, I was determined to change, determined to become a better person. I worked hard, and I'm still working hard; just as I'm still working hard to win my matches on my path to becoming the IWF Champion."

Ryan stops and walks around the ring before raising the microphone to his lips again.

Ryan: "And in that path there are many, many people that want to bring me down, such as my opponent in the Main Event of the upcoming Mayhem. I, Ryan Harrison, have the opportunity to step into the ring with one of the darkest, yet most celebrated stars in the IWF. That's right peeps, I, Ryan Harrison, have the opportunity to face Captain Enigma, Mr. Mystery. Whatever you want to call him ... I get to face him, the dark one. I was chosen to face him and you know what, perhaps it wasn't just for ratings. Perhaps there were other reasons at hand when this decision was made. Maybe the heads of the IWF understand my new attitude, maybe the creative leaders of the IWF understand my new qualities, maybe the decision makers of the IWF understand my new desire. Maybe the IWF want me to face Mr. Mystery in this Main Event for a number of reasons.

“For one, my desire is to be the Champion of the IWF, my strongest desire is to be the head of this show and to finally give the IWF a Champion that they actually want. Come on!? Does anybody, actually want A Dam of Freedom, trying to save you?"

Crowd: "No!" Meanwhile a few lone fans amongst the groups scream, "Yes!"

Ryan: "And as such, does anyone actually want A Dam of Freedom as your Champion, Main Eventing your shows and Pay Per Views, leaving a bad taste in your mouth after the events you have just paid to watch, come to a close?"

Crowd: "No!"
....
Lone Fans: "Yes!"

Ryan: "Of course not! Now, I've still got a long, long way to go until I deserve to be your IWF Champion but I believe that once the next Monday Night Mayhem comes around, I will prove to Captain Enigma, to the people in the back and especially to the fans in the crowd that said no, that I, Ryan Harrison am anew. That I have been refreshed and rejuvenated on my road to the IWF Championship."

Once again Ryan stops, cracking his neck before raising the microphone to his mouth again.

Ryan: "But come on, let us be honest. The people in the back, the decision makers of the IWF were not just thinking about my desire and my passion for the IWF Championship. No! That would just be selfish of them. No, there was a second, deeper cause for me being selected as Mr. Mystery's opponent in the Main Event. That reason is very heart felt and really, quite emotive from the IWF; yet also a little bit selfish. They see that I have changed, that I have removed the veil that was once tarnishing my career and have returned to the IWF refreshed and dedicated to my cause. The IWF want me to face Captain Enigma. They want me to help him. Mr. Mystery lives behind his own veil. He lives in the darkness. His best friends are The Joker and a Crack Addict from off the street. By helping him, by removing his own veil, maybe Captain Enigma will grow more of a personality, be more of a delight, and you know, between you peeps and I, help the Marketing, Merchandise and Revenue side of things. Shh! That's a secret for those in the arena and the people who watch this on youtube.

“But come on you IWF big guns! Come on! I originally came into this company, a young talented star, looking to fix people. And instead, with my time off, I fixed myself. But I don't want to fix Mr. Mystery. In all honesty, if you want to fix the image of some of the crazy people in this company, send A Dam of Freedom. Hell, he's putting his business out there; especially as he is no longer the Champion. I, admittedly want that Championship. I even admit that I want to be the greatest Champion in IWF history past, present or future, and with a new IWF this is highly possible. But, to firstly win that IWF Championship, I am going to have to beat every single challenger that the IWF put in my path until they think that I, Ryan Harrison am worthy. And you know what, I want to do it, and I await each challenger. Light hearted as I may be now, if you want to understand how much more focused I am, please ask Jayson Raven and Mr. De la Hoya. One man I couldn't beat in the past whilst I lived a life of lies and the other a man who though he admittedly performed very well, was still not up to scratch. I defeated these two men, and if you want to review my match, you will see that I was a different entity. Dedicated, focused, a Rising Star the IWF just could not ignore."

A smile moves across the face of Ryan Harrison before he speaks again.

Ryan: "I finally clipped the wings of that damn Raven. He is gone, removed; no more, evermore. And I have bigger fish to fry in the form of Captain Enigma. Some people may be looking at me thinking that I'm not taking you seriously, that I'm being foolish, even a little bit childish. Well let me tell you, things couldn't be more from the truth. I am not an idiot Mr. Enigma; and I realise at this current point, you are very much a different game to the two men I just mentioned and previously faced. You've had success, you've wrestled some of the biggest names in this company, adding both losses and victories and more importantly, you have left an everlasting mark on the IWF. But that my dear Enigma is exactly the point. You are a different game and a new entity. Believe me; I look forward to the challenge. I look forward to hearing from you, to hear what darkness you speak of, what you’ll try and make me believe before we meet. I look forward to meeting you in the ring as we both try and get the better of each other and I most definitely look forward to the aftermath. What will we create, you and I, both now and into the future, in a new but strangely familiar IWF? I welcome the Challenge, I welcome the so-called enigma that you push to the world, I welcome that which you seek to bring. I welcome the new! Because I want difference, I want change, just as the fans of the IWF want change. And you Mr. Enigma, for me, are the change that continues my movement towards the IWF Championship. What?

Ryan holds his hand up to his ear.

Ryan: “Ah … Peeps, I've just been informed that there is a match on the cards and there are two men waiting for me to shut up. Well no worries, Mr. Enigma, fans, IWF; let said movement begin. Peeps, I bid you all adieu."

Ryan hands the microphone over to the Ring Announcer, as "We Die Young" by Alice in Chains begins to play over the PA System. Ryan climbs one of the turnbuckles. Facing the crowd, Ryan points out at the crowd, before drawing his arms in and points at himself. Ryan gets down and runs over to the other side of the ring, climbs that turnbuckle and pulls the same actions as before. Ryan gets down before rolling out of the ring. Ryan makes his way up the entrance ramp, slapping the hands of a few fans on either said of the ramp before reaching the top of ramp, and heading behind the curtain to the back.

***MAIN EVENT***
Mr. Enigma vs. Ryan Harrison
Both men managed to pick up the win in stacked odds, who will overcome in single's action tonight.

Title:
Propaganda, Bandwagons, & Egos Part II: Living with a Thorn

The scene opens with a darkened room. In this room, there is a single window with moon light shining through which is beaming down on an old wooden table. At that table sites the enigma of God himself, the anarchy of chaos, Mr. Enigma or at least, the dark angelic version of him. Upon the floor, a deep mist is visible, only by the dim moonlight along with the repetitive rolling of the tips of this beings finger nails upon the table. The repetitive roll of fingers then suddenly stops as if something or someone had entered the room. If you look hard enough, you could barely see a dark or blackish veil over the head of the person sitting in the chair along with what looks like dark or black wings against the background of the wall. It’s hard to tell, but this is definitely something different. A single book is also opened in front of him, but what type of book it is, cannot be determined due to the grim appeal of this room.

Enigma’s Spirit: [speaking in a dark demonic, sadistic voice]
In life, we all have things that ponder our spirits, try our convictions, and pierce our beliefs in this life. But out of them all, nothing could be worse than living with a thorn…whether that thorn is spiritual, physical, mental, or however you chose to define it. You see “Ryan Harrison†your world of “want†will be all that you could imagine, all that you asked for, and a bit more than one can handle. Enigma is more than just an enigma; it is more than just being different and setting a standard. Enigma is the representation of everything that stands for everything you wish you were, aim to be, and shall never become. You may have done some things Ryan, but one thing that you will never be able to do, is live the life of my servant, deal the damage of anarchy, and convict the essence of discipline and yet fear into the hearts of all those that oppose what we stand for. Ryan, we wish you well in your endeavors, but as with all of mankind, death to those that cross thy creator, death to those that oppose Mr. Enigma.

The scene then comes to a close and dims until completely black along with the angel of death…Enigma’s alter ego and spirit form disappears into darkness with it. As the scene reappears, we see Enigma, in his life and reality form at a book signing. Some author decided that it was a good idea to do an autobiography on Enigma and titled his book, “The Jesting of the Just.†It was a book that really told the story of how Enigma transformed from KD to Enigma and how that transformation also transformed Enigma into greatness. Sitting at a table near the back of Barns and Noble, Enigma sat with his author and friend, more commonly known by the simple name of Don. As Don signed autographs and spoke with the majority of fans, Enigma sat at this side, dealing with the agony of signing books as well, but trying to keep his discussions short with the fans. One fan decided to come up and force the conversation anyways. He was known as Scott.

Scott: [walking up to Enigma and slamming his book down on the table]
If you don’t mind, sign it and make it fast.

Enigma:
What?!?

Scott:
Hey man, I don’t want any trouble, and you know, today is Thanksgiving and I am sure you have plenty to do other than sitting here, so just hurry up and sign my book.

Don looks over at Enigma and tries to pat him on the shoulder, but Enigma shrugs him off as he still contemplates his next move, even though deep down, he is trying to keep his cool and for all the right reasons.

Scott: [attitude and all to match his muscular size]
What?!? Look man, as I stated before, I don’t want any problems, but I think if you know what is good for you, you might want to stay focused on “THE RISING STAR†Ryan HARRISON, because me, I am not the one.

Scott then gives off a nice little giggle of sorts.

Scott:
It’s not like you are going to win anyways because honestly Enigma, I think your are just getting past your prime or at least close to it and Ryan, he is on the way up.

Enigma, still holding Scotts book in hand tightens his grip on the pen. Suddenly, Enigma smiles and stands to his feet to actually the delight of many that already know where this is going.

Enigma:
Would you like to see the disappearing pen trick?

Don then pulls Enigma to the side and tries to calm him down, but Scott does not help matters.

Scott:
Yeah, that’s right, hold the little punk Captain Enigma back. Like Ryan said the other day, maybe Mr. Mystery can mystify or grace us with more of his deep dark presence on Monday and actually show up for the match.

Enigma then pushes Don out of the way.

Enigma: [with one thing on his mind now]
Enough is enough and time to pay the prince of chaos some taxes.

Enigma walks up to Scott and spears him right into a book shelf, knocking it over to many of the fans actual enjoyment. Many of the teens shouted “fight, fight, fight, fight…†like they were in high school brawl or something while many of the adults were also enjoying it. The two men rolled around for a minute, but Enigma then got in a few good solid punches, knocking Scott out, or at least a bit dazed, but definitely conscious. Enigma, sarcastic and sadistic as ever, then gets on his stomach with his face next to his body as Scott lie on his back and embarrassed him big time in front of everyone.

Enigma: [with many fans now laughing at Scott]
Now, what was it you were saying Scott. You see, I don’t care much for hecklers and we do not tend to get along very well as you can see. Speaking of that, would you like to know how I got these scares? Better yet, have you ever danced with a devil in a pail moon light…I always asked that of my prey; even if the prey has already been bitten?

Enigma then stands to his feet and over the still limp and dazed body of Scott. He then grabs his collar and gives him some final words as management approaches.

Enigma:
Now as for your favorite butt buddy Ryan Harrison, I could care less about who he is, where he thinks he is going, how he plans to walk over me to get there or anything else in that regards. You tell Ryan this since you appear to know him so well. Maybe during one of you two’s freak sessions, you can pass this message along for me…Ryan may have been, may have changed for the better, or did some things to advance in this league and business we know as wrestling, but as for me and the IWF, this dominion…IT BELONGS TO ME!!!

Enigma then shoves the man’s head hard back onto the floor and then spits on him as he leaves the book signing, letting Don finish that job instead. Enigma heads out to his car, orders the driver back to his hotel, and they ride off into the sunset as the scene fades to black. The next day, during the afternoon hours, Mike and Enigma are sitting in the limo at a grave site. It is the site where Enigma’s former fiancé is buried.

Mike:
You ready?

Enigma:
Yeah, but you know me. I tend to not show the softer side of things, but with this, it still gets to me every time.

Mike:
Go on out there man. You have done this time and time again for the last 5-6 years now. She is there and you are here and though SB meant a lot to you, at some point, you will have to let go. Until then, get it out and let it go.

Enigma then exits the limo dressed in an all black suit and no tie as he walks to the grave site where his former love interest awaits him. He takes a seat neat the spot of the tombstone and whips away a single tear as it falls to the ground from his eye as he leans over to again morn her loss.

Enigma: [after gathering himself]
It has been a long road girly and this now marks what…almost an entire decade since you have been gone. Yeah…I still deal with that emotional thorn in my side without you being here, but still, I press on. Well, again, I have transitioned back into yet another efed, but unlike times before, this time, I have come back to a stomping ground where I have not only found that love again as we did in the GWE, but success as well. The IWF; one can only wonder what this new IWF will bring, but one thing is for sure…I will become the new IWF champion one way or another and this week, the IWF powers to be have determined that this new and young tender deserves the right to even share the ring with me. He even goes by the name, “The Rising Star†Ryan Harrison. To me, he is nothing more than a death star waiting to implode beneath the belief of his own ego.

Enigma then finds that he is a bit more relaxed as he continues.

Enigma:
Even the IWF has already approached me along with some fan of this that holds his dick more than he does talking about, “you should be in for a touch match or real challenge this week.†One thing I heard in the news that Ryan said which is true, and that is, I have faced some of the world’s most elite talent. With that though, there is only one problem…he won’t be one of them that people talk about in years to come. I just get so sick of all the propaganda with these young boys that want to be men. Who can blame them though; I was once that young one trying to make a name for myself as well. Only thing is, and the other problem with that is…Ryan is not me. He lacks the vision and perspective that even at a young age I prophesized early on in my career. And look, it all came true, just like I imaged. All that I am missing is you.

Enigma then laughs to himself.

Enigma:
This kid is so stuck on himself; he actually believes his own lies. But in the end, they are also lies that I plan to and would be more than happy to show him the truth of. He has no idea who I am other than what he has seen. Lord knows SB, I only which you were he to share that life with me. Not even the bandwagons of all of those that are trying to jump on the train with Montana or side with him as they sell their souls for success will stop me in my quest to take what I rightfully deserve…the IWF World title. They can try to prevent my course and destined path of greatness in the IWF all they want. But rest assured, not even the thorns of my past will prevent the prevailed success in my so near future. Unlike Ryan, I don’t have to bank on my mere words to justify my greatness. Unlike him, my greatness speaks for itself and soon, very soon, another notch in my column of fear to fruition will come to past. And unlike so many others before him, I will crush his very existence beneath my feet. Ryan may be many things and desire some of the IWF’s highest ambitions, but as for him and his match with me, this time is not for him or at least, not yet. I love you SB and I have a lot of work to do and this past Monday started what I plan to finish. Who will be able to stand in the day of my wrath? It won’t be Ryan, it won’t be anyone in the IWF, and when all is said and done, not even the consistent thorns in my life will stand in the way of what I am destined to become. Love it or hate it, I am the standard…I am the prince of chaos…I am the one and only, Mr. Enigma.

With that, Enigma pulls out a single red rose and leaves it sitting on the top of the tomb stone. As he walks away into the distance, Enigma climbs into the car. Soon thereafter, rain drizzled from the sky as the clouds began to come over the area during the brewing stages of a coming storm. The scene then faded to black with the cameras focused on the single red rose.
