The event took place from the Melrose Ballroom in New York and featured three title changes.

• MLW World Tag Team Champions The Samoan Swat Team (Juice Finau & Lance Anoa'i) defeated The FBI (Little Guido & Ray Jaz) and The Mane Event (Midas Black & Jay Lyon) in a three way match to retain their titles
• Ken Broadway defeated TJ Crawford
• Opera Cup 2023 First Round: Davey Boy Smith Jr. defeated Calvin Tankman
• Delmi Exo defeated Taya Valkyrie w/John Hennigan to win the MLW Women's Featherweight Championship
