Ever since TLC, it looks like Braun Strowman is being booked as a babyface and his return on Raw via garbage truck delivery really sent that message home. Strowman chased
The Miz,
Bo Dallas, and Curtis Axel to the ring where he absolutely destroyed poor Curtis Axel with multiple running powerslams.
Dave Meltzer said in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that it appears Braun Strowman is going to be paired up against The Miz in the future. This is interesting seeing how it appeared a rivalry between The Monster Among Men and Kane was on the horizon. But Meltzer also noted how it looks like The Bar and Kane are going to be paired against The Shield.
He noted how it appeared the angle was going to be The Miz and The Bar vs The Shield but now the program could see The Bar teaming up with Kane to face The Shield once Roman Reigns returns to the ring. Therefore, Braun Strowman very well could be gunning for The Miz and his Intercontinental Championship soon enough.
It would be an interesting program to see and could provide The Miz plenty of chances to play the part of a cowardly heel for a while with Braun Strowman chasing the title. If Strowman wins his first singles title out of this angle it would make this program even more interesting.
