I remember reading somewhere that many of them end up having nervous breakdowns because they can't take the pressure of being judged by millions of people. As for Miley, she can just be doing it for attention, money, ect... Or this is who she really is. Either way... Unless your her fan, what does it matter? I don't know anything about her..
