The championship and accomplishment list makes me so sad

The way he came into WCW he could have been a force. Why they would pair him up with friggin Nash right away. Mike Awesome was a huge guy, but Nash was a giant. I would have had Mike Awesome work with some smaller guys to build his rep.

After ECW folded he should have gone straight back to Japan. WCW didn't know how to use him. WWE didn't care because he didn't really have much of a 'character' to him. I can't comment on his brief TNA run since I never saw it.

His matches against Tanaka were some of his finest work. He was a perfect fit for ECW. He had great in ring ability and it's sad that he never got used to his full potential.

I've always got time for an ECW Mike Awesome match. R.I.P
