Drug dealers stand at corners all day and would see everything that goes on in a neighborhood. Makes sense to me, loosely at least.

lethal or cp for me though still though seems like the two most reasonable things to solve, with an outside sprinkly of sky (but im shit at reading her so thats yalls show im not putting myself at the forefront of that)
