Shawn Michaels will be at this year's WrestleMania Axxess on Sunday, April 3rd from 10:30 AM to noon. The VIP ticket price (meet and greet with autograph signing, photo sessions, etc.) is $75 with kids under 3 in for free. Tickets go on sale January 29th.

The full Axxess schedule is up here. Undertaker is scheduled to appear Saturday, which is is first officially-scheduled appearance since being buried alive.
