Oh yeah, All is good. I had tendonitis surgery June 23rd! Had to have the cast on for 10 days. Just got it off Thursday of last week.
It looked gnarly, now looks good. Glad it's better and glad it's healing.

Here's a question. Do you like the scar? There's an old adage that Chicks dig scars so I wonder if it's true (lol kidding).

yeah dude I would think if you show up with crutches and the big ass walking boot they gon be like "yo dawg come to the front of the line,"

Just to be safe you could always contact the venue and see if they have any accomadations for disabled people
I’ll try the crutches routine @R-Troop

I can't say about what other women think of scars but to some, they do tell a story and what they went thru to overcome an obstacle in life. I'm fine with it being on my wrist, If it was my face then I'd be abit more self conscious about it. I've got a very light scar the size and shape of a motorcycle Muffler on my right inside calf, from when my Mother about 5 years ago backed into me with her bike that had been running for hours on a road trip, She didn't see me get off from behind my "step dad's" bike and walk behind her to the house door. I ended up with a second-3rd degree burn that melted the skin right off. I delt with the pain for I think 5 days, Taking ibuprofen and Useing alovera on it, When I couldn't stand due too to much pain that when I decided to go to the ER, THE DOC had his hand about 6 inches from my leg and he could feel the heat radiating from it.
-
Second light scar was fairly decent sized and that was from spilling a boiling hot pan of water on my upper thigh. I was wearing sweatpants, went outside to help kill some Yellow jackets in the ground, I stepped into a hidden hole in the ground and the rest was history.

Wife was a little reluctant but finally got his hair cut so people would stop saying he looks like Taylor Swift.

My mom has scars from various cancer surgeries and she calls them her battle scars. I have a scar on my knee from an accident when I was 8 and I’m fair skinned and it’s a light purple-ish scar that is not really very noticeable unless you are staring at my knee lol

I am with you, as long as I don’t get scars on my face, yeah, they’re def a story to tell and I don’t mind them.

Hope you heal well :)

Here's a few pics from when I was working for Pro Wrestling Mid South out of Dyersburg, TN. It used to be an NWA territory and it's run by "Golden Boy" Greg Anthony, a solid dude. I met him when I was doing radio and pretty much offered to sweet the ring mat just to be part of a show one time. Instead, he let me become their ring announcer and offered to train me in the ring for free. This is what I spent the pandemic doing and I hate that I wasn't able to keep making the 5 hour commute every Saturday once I got the job I'm currently at.

Had a lot of fun, met some great people, and saw a lot of talent that the world hasn't discovered yet. The first guy I met when I pulled up to the Herb Welch Wrestleplex on November 7, 2020 was "Space Cowboy" Stacee Alexander, who went on to wrestle on NWA Powerrr. Damn near broke my neck like 30 times during training, but I'd do it all over again. The first time I took a bump was that day and I remember laying in that ring, feeling like I took a baseball bat to the back and having my head bounce off the mat like a basketball, and I was so freakin happy. Good times.

Not a picture, but here's one of the cool things I got to do. For a little context, Greg Anthony is basically to Dyersburg, TN what the Von Erichs were to Dallas. The week before, they ran an angle where "The Big Picture" Michael Jablonski hit Anthony with a heart punch, after Anthony had previously had life-saving heart surgery in real life. Everyone in town knew about the surgery and it was a big deal that he was even still able to wrestle. So basically, it was attempted murder in front of the whole town. The fans in the wrestleplex damn-near rioted. Me, the announcer, had to usher all the fans out of the building while Greg's wife and kids (and the Golden Granny) rushed the ring. The fans bought into it so much that they called a real ambulance to the building. After the fans were gone, Jablonski went into hiding in the upstairs locker room, and the EMTs got Greg backstage, I sat with him as he may or may not have worked the real EMTs. Literally everyone bought the whole angle. It was one of the coolest angles I've ever seen, I couldn't believe the kayfabe was so strong in 2020, and to actually be part of it was one of the coolest experiences of my life.
