Heard a strong rumour that WWE has plans for Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler to challenge Damage CTRL (IYO SKY and Dakota Kai) at WrestleMania 39.

Damage CRTL already has shitty enough booking as it is(unless facing Candice who’s got worse booking) so I definitely don’t want to see them losing the tag titles. Bayley, Dakota, and IYO all need to win at WrestleMania IMO.

I do not want to see Damage Control lose their belts to Ronda/Shayna. That would spell disaster to their already tiny tag division. Nothing will come of it except a boring year long reign. Also I am so damn tired of seeing Shayna in tag team division. She deserves better than that. If anyone that should dethrone Damage Control are the people that had feuded with them or had matches with them like Becky/Bianca, Liv/Tegan or Raquel/Shotzi.

I mean i'm not a fan of the proposed match-up but if it ends up happening then I just say put the belts on Ronda/Shayna for a few months. This all providing they do the draft after WrestleMania at some point which was rumoured so that IYO can be split from the group and go solo while Dakota can still kick it with Bayley if needs be.

I'm still expecting a multiwoman tag match though all said and done.

However, in today's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer indicated WWE could put the titles onto Becky and Lita creating a "bigger match" at the show in April, via WrestleTalk.

Shayna Baszler & Ronda Rousey will challenge for the women’s tag titles. It was originally against Iyo Sky & Dakota Kai, the champions. But Lita & Becky Lynch face Sky & Kai, and WrestleMania is about marquee matches and Lita & Lynch as a team against Baszler & Rousey is a bigger match​

If they scrap doing the one-on-one just to do a tag match ​

Yeah I had a feeling this might have been the plan after Raw last week lol I don't see Becky and Lita losing unless they make it a multi-team match with Damage Control and Shayna/Ronda

Guess alot will have to do with how the match on Raw plays out because I think I read that Dakota was legit injured though not sure how bad it is. Ronda is also booked for this weeks Raw by all accounts too, so definitely looks like there's some validity to it.
