I only know what I heard. I'll look em up on Youtube because I can't be bothered doing the final 2 missions once again to view the new endings.

Its supposed to provide clarity on some of Starchild's logic and origin and a bit of character closure. Doesn't change the endings in any fundamental way or fix any problems, just a little more closure.

It actually does change the ending because the Mass Relays aren't destroyed. There's also a lot more cinematics after you make your choice.

I don't understand the people that are STILL bitching about the ending. I admit, the first endings sucked hard, but I think Bioware did a good job re-doing them.
