difference are the lighting like the second one better because it blends more.

This looks fairly good, I'm just not digging the text. I feel it doesn't suit the graphic, you know? For starters, I would remove the stroke and go from there.

I don't like the way her mouth area looks, seems as if she has a big ass cold sore or herpes on her lip. Other than that the colors/lighting are cool.
