I enjoyed the first four episodes although the pilot's second half was underwhelming. I'm glad I picked on Kingpin's voice in the second one before I came here.

Aight just watched the finale and wow they really killed it. Great episode. Tied up all storylines nicely. We got a great fight, Hawkeye finally acknowledged Kate as his partner, and he had a beautiful final scene between Clint and Yelena. When Yelena was crying by thinking about Natasha that shit hurt. Florence Pugh is such a great actress. When she was like “you got to spend so much time with her” I wanted Clint to hug her and be like “you’re my family now” but I guess they’re not ready for that yet.

And fuckin Kingpin man. Gotta acknowledge that. So good to see Vincent D’Onofrio back in the role. Man hasn’t lost a beat. I literally cannot see anyone else in the role. I’m glad he was more comic accurate with the suit and cane and relative super strength. But damn if they really killed him off after one episode I’m gonna be furious. I read that in the comics when Echo shoots him she actually blinds him and then he comes back for revenge so I really hope that’s the direction they went in. I have a feeling in Echo’s solo series we see her team up with Daredevil against a vengeful Wilson Fisk.

and that last scene with Clint and his family with Kate over at the house was so sweet. Glad Clint burned his Ronin costume and moved on. Looked like he was passing the torch at the end.

That post credit scene with the Avengers song was amazing. I love how they wrote an actual Broadway song just for that scene.

overall I really loved this show. It gave the least important Avenger some much needed character development while introducing an amazing new hero along with some other characters and brought Kingpin back. What else can you ask for?

I guess I missed something, so she was the one looking for the watch but I don't get what that means about her character.

That was an enjoyable finale, it wasn't as intense as the car chase but still pretty fun. I was very happy to see Wilson getting some action (although he should have ripped Kate in half) and Yelena's redemption. She has a very fun relationship with Kate and I hope we will see those two together again.

That was definitely my favorite Disney/Marvel show but it's still not great.
I really hope they do something solid for the next series because there is so much potential but it seems like they're not very comfortable with this format yet. Not as much as Netflix were anyway.

Apparently Clint’s wife was Mockingbird

This pretty much confirms that Agents of Shield wasn’t canon since there was a different Mockingbird in that show.

They did mention MCU events after that though. They mentioned the sokovia accords, in season 5 Coulson dies from his Avengers injury, and they mention Thanos attacking. Also Sif appears in two episodes.

But it was obvious that Feige had no intention of acknowledging the show.

I know there other mentions but season one was right tangled into the MCU unfortunately bickering and egos between the two MCU divisions killed the connection. Sucks
