USA Network: cheapest cord-cutting option is Sling at $40 a month (unsure if USA is on that plan but for this conversation we'll say it is).

Total cost would be $55 a month for all WWE programming.

Seems like a lot but still cheaper than back in the day.

Now compare that to 2005, when the average cable bill was $45 a month, prior to paying the pay per view rates which were anywhere from $40 to $50 at the time (I can't find how much it was when googling but it was most definitely at least 40). Using the cheapest option that would be $85 for all WWE programming. The internet says that's about $134.70 in 2024 dollars.

back to the 2-day PLE format.... All the big-5 PLEs should be 2 days. Mania, SummerSlam, Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, and Money In The Bank.

Especially anything that is based on a specific match, as having repetitions of those matches can lessen the matches impact on a crowd.

hell I've been thinking that since the first one. But now definitely so.

Rumble, Bank, and War Games all need to be split. By doing that you can have the signature matches as well as Championship matches.
