It's easily the spear, but the HBK one is weird because at the time it wasn't that big of a moment, made you go holy shit, but in hindsight it's way more mark-worthy because it was the start of HBK's great singles career, but at the time you had no idea of that.

Yup. What Chris said above was what I was thinking somewhat. The spear is still such a holy shit moment that is used in video packages and what not, whilst noone really seen what the Jannetty/HBK incident done until much later on.

I was a HUGE Rockers fan and I was watching Superstars when the Barbershop incident first aired. at 11 years old I remember being just outright pissed, don't know that a wrestling moment ever made me so angry... Edge's spear is flat out one of the best spots I've ever seen, Edge timed it perfectly, Hardy sold the ever loving shit out of it, and I certainly jumped from my seat.... HBK gets this for me by the thinnest of margins but it's a crime that either of these goes out in the first round

The Dudleys, Hardys and E & C provided us with so many great spots during their feud and this is the best of them. Perfect timing from all involved and a spot that before then you wouldn't have even considered possible. JR sold it like a champ as well and that is why he is the best caller in the business.

I actually seen the HBK window spot. That was one of those moments when "Holy Shit" spots were really rare (I dare say absolutely new). Granted that E&C and the Hardy's had some fantastic ones, it was what their careers were built around. Comparing Edge/Hardy to HBK is kind of like comparing Lamborghini to Ford. One builds awesome cars, the other invented them.
