If not, then I'll answer the question seriously - I don't know if you meant to intermix the initials "IC" (for Intercontinental) and "US" (for United States) into one or if you just think the word 'States" is spelled with a C for some reason, but it's the United States Championship that Cena is going for, not the UC. There actually isn't anything called the UC Championship in WWE, for the record.

And no one actually doubts that Cena is winning this. If there was ever any doubt before, I think Cena losing at Fast Lane pretty much guarantees a victory for him at Wrestlemania.
