Why is this guy a piece of crap when he was trained in The Dungeon?

The Dungeon wasn't a wrestling school, it was a place to toughen guys up. And by the look of Henry I'm sure he's a pretty tough son of a bitch.

Also... I had no idea Henry trained at the dungeon...where'd you hear that?

What?? How is something meant to toughen people up? In those days the vets that broke you in toughened you up. Rookies were streched and beat the fuck up for months before they were even allowed into a ring. I hardly doubt Stu Hart opened a training facility for over 40 years, (it ran till 2003) to "toughen" people up. The Dungeon wasn't to toughen people up, it was a training school. Pillman,Jericho, Benoit, all the Harts, Bulldog, Greg Valentine and so so many got their first training there. It was by all intents and purposes a wrestling school as much as that term meant in the days of the Dungeon.

Most of the guys who went to the Dungeon had their formal wrestling training elsewhere. There was no ring in the dungeon, it was just mats slapped on a concrete floor where Stu would beat the shit out of and stretch guys until they screamed. He taught them the psychology of holds, submissions and other things. It was far from a wrestling school. I don't think Stu was down there teaching guys to take back bumps and come off the top rope.
