I'll be really disappointed if they let her contract run out. I think she's great backstage, and is playing her on screen ROH role fine, not sure if I actually would want a bigger one. But also with these health issues, and the grad program she's doing thanks to AEW covering tuition, I think AEW should continue helping take care of those things. Their selfish incentive is it would be great defense for their lawsuit with the Tates and Kevin Kelly

That wouldn't surprise me at all, I just don't think Maria should be one. She probs make more yeah but you can get more use out of her than for example a Blake Christian who has been reported as on an ROH type tier contract. I could see all those going away

I would just move her to a backstage only role. As entertaining as she can be I just don't see her fit much in any vision of ROH long term but I think she's a great mind and has a lot to give back in a more corporate role, especially if she continues in studies

smart to put herself out there for interviews if she ends up leaving. So far she has been pretty positive about the company and I can't see Bennet leaving anytime soon as he is treated well so this feels more like a fact based tweet as opposed to a ""imma air dirty laundry" tweet

Could also be baiting the anti-AEW people to pay her for an interview and it will be mild but fair criticism ala they need to communicate better with people when they are not renewing.
