Marcia Gay Harden Joins Cast of CBS Films' Comedy 'Get a Job'
She will play the vp of an executive placement firm in the Dylan Kidd-directed film about recent college grads hitting the job market.
Marcia Gay Harden has signed on to co-star in the tentively titled comedy Get a Job, which Dylan Kidd is directing for CBS Films.
Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel’s screenplay involves four recent college grads hitting the job market for the first time. Harden will play a demanding vice president at an executive-placement firm.
She joins a cast that includes Bryan Cranston, Anna Kendrick, Miles Teller, Nick Braun, Alison Brie, Brandon T. Jackson, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Jay Pharoah.
Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher of Double Feature Films are producing the project, which began filming March 12 in Los Angeles. Maria Faillace and Ryan Conroy are overseeing it for CBS Films.
Harden, an Oscar winner for 2000’s Pollock, is repped by UTA, Framework Entertainment and Schreck, Rose, Dapello & Adams.
