I think so.
I just can't get into Manu. And it actualyl IS because of his look. Not in a racist way or anything, but he doesn't fit the part IMO. He doesn't talk like them, look like them, or even act like them...
Even if his job is to be an enforcer, someone else could do it better I think, because I just don't see him fitting in there.

Maybe if Ted was back, it would be better. You would have Orton, Rhodes and Dibiase as the rich/priceless/cocky gimmick, and hima s the enforcer.
But now, when it's just him and Cody, it seems so off.
Agree? Disgagree?

I think he should switch with DH Smith, and have DH Smith join them instead, or some other 2nd gen star.

It makes more sense to me.
The new guy, possibly Smith, would look and act the part more, and it could be pulled off easily, and beneifit everyone.
You could have them turn n Manu, which would give Manu a face turn, and a pus, as being the "good" 2nd gen guy, and have the new guy fit in better, and give them all a feud.

So, what do you think? Anyone else agree just doesn't click in with them?
If so, whocould take his place?

No.

I said he should have never been in there in the first place. But you don't have someone replaced. What they need to do is stop crap coming into this stable and clogging it. Deuce is a perfect example of this crap. They need to keep it to the ones who have a future if they're going to add more in.

I think DH Smith is going to Smackdown for the new Hart Foundation, so he isn't an option. I agree with you that Manu is the odd one out, but if DiBiase comes back, then it shouldn't matter. As long as he isn't replaced with Sim Snuka, I'm fine.

Why the odd one? Just because he doesn't look like Orton, DiBiase and Rhodes? (lol, I answered my own question).

But no, I think he could be the muscle of the group, while the others act as the crown jewels, "I'm the future" gimmick.

You didn't answer your own question correctly though. The others all look to have bright futures. He doesn't. I'd give you half points, and a smiley for a good try.

Yea, I think since Dibiase's out for the time being, Manu just hasn't looked right with Rhodes. When it was all 3 (Rhodes, Dibiase, Manu) the group looked better but now....no.

I saw this match of him on you tube a couple months ago, this is a good look for him after he's done with The Legacy. Maybe not the Jersey though or everybody will say John Cena version 2. But to me, that's a better look for him rather than what he has now in The Legacy.

Do they need somebody to take his place? I think not. He's not much of an enforcer to me, just another 2nd generation wrestler in the stable. He doesn't stand out much, except the stand out odd looking guy in the group. He's doing more of a Bam Neely enforcer role... nothing at all. When he does fight, it's everyone that's attaching.

He has a future. The only problem is, WWE books him THE SAME as they book Rhodes and DiBiase. Book Manu as a soft spoken monster, and we are talking of a talking monster, something very pushable on WWE.

It's not becuase of that CMS...

Orton and Rhodes look like they been tag teaming for a long time in the ring due to their chemistry with each other, and Manu looks so out of sync when he wrestles with Orton/Rhodes and it just makes them looks so unbalanced in the ring IMO.

Here's the deal: Have Manu wrestle in singles matches to hopefully build him up and just be the muscle of Priceless/Orton whenever the possibility occurs for Manu to showcase himself on air.

He looks more athletic in the video, and has an awesome finisher, albeit one that would NEVER b used in the WWE. Jeff would probably accept the bump but I can't see too many others doing it lol.

Hmm. I personally don't think he fits. He fits better with his har tied back than he did when he debuted on the PPV with the Wild Samoan hair :D

I'll give it time, but I would not have personally put him with them, but I'll give him some time. If he ends up like Batista we'll all be wrong lol

As touched upon by others above:

1. DiBiase's absence is putting more emphasis on Manu than is really appropriate (this probably isn't intentional on WWEs part, but they're gonna have to ride it out now - The idea of replacing him is bad.).

2. He should be the strong silent type for the best part...

Rectify the above and he'll be fine. I don't see him being much of a break-out star though.

(Assuming he is even in an enforcer role that is....)

I'm liking Legacy so far. I think Manu fits in just fine. Like Kaedon said, he looks like a bad ass.

They do need one more member though. Stables just don't feel right with 3 members. Hopefully thats were DiBiase comes in.

And I do not want DH Smith anywhere near this stable unless he is being beat down by them.

I'm also wondering whats up with Sim Snuka. It looked like they were scouting him, if not, it was just totally random that they were out there.

Again, I just don't think he fits. Like I said, it's weird having Orton, Rhodes, and Manu. It just seems off.
But like I also said, maybe my opinion will change if they get Ted Dibiase back. Then he won't seem anywhere near as out of place as he does now. He would fit in better, being allowed to do the role of "muscle", but right now, with no Ted, he is having to play the role of both muscle and the sort of cocky, Priceless role.
So that's where it comes from, just that I don't see him fitting, he just seems more like a guy who would be feuding against them rather than with them. Hopefully Ted returns soon.
