The entertainment business is a meritocracy. You get more chances the more money you can make the company. Also the more money you cost the company the less chances you get. That's not just WWE that's literally anywhere. All of Hollywood, all of professional sports.

Not enough to ruin my product. I actually think right now in 2022 they’re leaving more money on the table over babying their product just to appease one toy sponsor especially in an era where again they make billions on the TV contracts. Could you imagine how much money they make if they actually started giving fans what they want to see and started to take away that 18 to 34 demo that AEW has been cornering the market on for the last four years?

If Mattel decided to drop them I can guarantee you any number of other toy companies would jump on the chance to carry the brand and they would give zero fucks about Manny Rose’s private photos when they can make the money that WWE brings with it.

From a corporate stand point the risk of revenue lost from having one company stop making your figures and not releasing the ones they’ve made then going to finding a new distribution partner who can make your figures as high quality as Mattel has and have the distribution that they do is not worth it over releasing one woman. Like I said I don’t agree with it it all and it’s fucked but blaming Trips and Steph for a move the board who only looks out for what makes the shareholders money made is silly

We’re gonna have to agree to disagree. I’d rather stick with my employees over a sponsor that I already think they should get rid of in general. They’re giving Mattel too much power. There has be another toy company that won’t try to tell them how to run things. WWE neutered themselves for Mattel and they’re still never happy.

I also think it’s a bluff. No way Mattel leaves wwe money over a woman’s private website.
