BRIDGEPORT, CT (WFSB) - A man from Bridgeport has been placed on probation after blaming the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra for lewd acts that landed him in jail.
A judge at Bridgeport Superior Court granted accelerated rehabilitation for Jean Leconte, 23, at a hearing on Monday.
Officials said that if Leconte can successfully complete the program, the charges could be dismissed.
Leconte was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, breach of peace, public indecency and obscenity after two women told police that Leconte had exposed himself.
Police said Leconte told them that he became overwhelmed after taking Viagra.
While on probation, Leconte has been ordered not to take any Viagra.
