I don't think anyone is questioning that it happened outside a few people, it's just that asking people to break a contract is tampering. I have no issues with backroom chatter about whenever deals are done that you are interested and maybe even give comparables. But to phone up people asking them to ask for their release because their is a new boss after they signed long term deals is a big no from me personally, I think that's a bitch move
