“El Jefe” is sending in Mexico’s most wanted as Bandido sets his sights on the grandest score of his career: Hammerstone’s World Heavyweight Championship.

Undefeated since debuting in MLW in January, Bandido impressed MLW matchmaker and AZTECA proprietor Cesar Duran with his main event win this past week on FUSION over Flamita (watch).

Winning the ROH World Championship and collecting champions from Mexico to the United Kingdom, Bandido now has MLW’s most cherished gold on his mind. Collecting this prize wouldn’t just bring him power and money from El Jefe but make him the World Champion.

No stranger to Cesar’s schemes, Hammerstone has found himself quarreling with Cesar Duran from America to Mexico as their bitter animosity only grows over time. Vanquishing all luchadores Cesar has unleashed on the champ, “Your Boy Hammer” has continued to blaze a championship path throwing thunderbolts through Cesar’s best.

Now Cesar has upped the ante.

With this championship bout having the caveat of Cesar Duran lurking ringside, Hammerstone’s faces the unknown when he steps into the ring in New York City against a man awarded countless 5-star matches with arsenal of sensational moves including the devastating 24 plex.

In the 1980s, the Von Erichs versus Samoan SWAT Team was one of wrestling’s classic tag team feuds.

The Jersey brawler boasts of being the uncrowned champ of the streets, claiming to have toppled an endless list of victims in street fights. Vowing to now cross the river and add another victim to Real 1’s list, talk is cheap once Fatu hits the ring.

Killer Kross vs Matt Cross signed for NYC this Thursday​

MLW has announced Killer Kross (with Scarlett Bordeaux) vs. Matt Cross as MLW presents Battle Riot IV at New York City’s Melrose Ballroom on June 23, featuring an MLW Fusion TV taping.

Demanding a match in New York City, MLW matchmaker Cesar Duran has acquiesced by signing Killer Kross vs. Matt Cross for this Thursday’s Battle Riot card.

A harbinger of chaos, the 6’4″ fighter has been a threat wherever he’s battled. Returning to MLW earlier this year, Killer Kross decimated his opponent and in the process put the entire league on notice.

Now Kross faces a decorated veteran of the squared circle, Matt Cross. Spening the last few years competing in over 28 countries and collecting several championships, Cross’ blends a hybrid fighting style of speed, aerial attacks and lucha making him a complex competitor for Kross.

The card is a FUSION TV taping, airing on beIN SPORTS nationwide on cable and dish and in over 20 countries around the world.

“Texas has been a hotbed for MLW, and we’re delighted to expand into new markets in the Lonestar State with El Paso, a market rich in wrestling history dating back to the days of Gory Guerrero,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer. “Expect some of MLW and lucha’s best on August 27th when MLW TV trucks roll up.”

The summer of surprises continues as Major League Wrestling announced today that Mance Warner is back in MLW to raise hell, throw lariats and kick back with a case of light beers like only Ol’ Mancer can.

Mance’s next appearance in MLW will return to the ring August 27 in El Paso at MLW FURY ROAD.

Making his MLW debut in early 2019, Warner is one of MLW’s most beloved wrestlers. Feuding with the likes of MJF, Bestia 666, and a wrestling bear (yes, really).

A tough as nails brawler, Ol’ Mancer fights with no remorse. Violent, unrelenting and unpredictable in and away from the ring, Mance Warner is one of the most unorthodox southern wrestlers in the sport today.

Known for creating carnage in bars and in the ring, the Bucksnort, TN bloodledder has a reputation for pummeling anyone that gets in his way.

The trash talking Tennessean backs up his what he says in the ring with pure high octane ass kicking. Coming up in the sport on the mid-south and southern wrestling circuits, this outlaw quickly made a name for himself with his rugged style of wrestling.

MLW signs UK Television Agreement with Ayozat TV on SKY

(LONDON, UK) – Major League Wrestling (“MLW”) and Ayozat TV have today announced a broadcast partnership, bringing the league to UK airwaves Wednesdays at 9pm on SKY channel 191, with classic MLW content airing Fridays at 9pm.

The partnership will allow fans to watch new episodes of MLW’s flagship weekly series FUSION each week, as well as classic content from the league’s library, which dates back to 2002.

With such a prestigious roster of talent, UK fans can expect to see the likes of World Heavyweight Champion Alex Hammerstone, Killer Kross, Jacob Fatu, Real 1, Scarlett Bordeaux, Davey Richards, Mads Krugger, Taya Valkyrie and other exciting fighters from around the world.

MLW FUSION will premiere Wednesday July 6 featuring a fight card from Philadelphia with a trios bout as well as the debut of Jacob Fatu’s Samoan SWAT Team.
