- Since returning to the SmackDown brand, there is some major heat on the WWE Champion Triple H, mainly for him going out of his way to make the younger talents look bad on camera, especially guys like MVP and Shelton Benjamin. A lot of the guys backstage were upset about Triple H's recent promo and have went to The Undertaker for a resolution, of sorts. The Undertaker agrees with the younger talents and says he understands how they feel.

The belief is that a backstage showdown is coming between The Undertaker and Triple H, due to the way the WWE Champion treats people in the locker room. Many people think that Triple H would get his way in the end but the one person that Vince McMahon respects and trusts the most above others is The Undertaker. Triple H wouldn't lose his job obviously but some kind of changes would have to be made.

The Undertaker sees SmackDown as his brand and the Superstars as his boys, in a way. If he isn't backed by McMahon when the time comes, there's a feeling that he could take more time off for injuries as a way to show his displeasure. There's already a thought among some close to the situation that Triple H wants payback for his loss at WrestleMania 17 and is pushing for himself to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25 with the streak being broken

I have to agree about making MVP & Shelton look bad on camera. He pretty much buried them in that promo.

If Triple H ends the streak, I Riot.

Yesterday, they talk about Ted Jr ending the strak, today its HHH...

I hope its nobody, coz that way there wont be so many huge arguments. HHH needs to lose the title, and stop burying everybody.

Or even better get a divorce to Steph McMahon which would make Vince angry and he would bury HHH :D But if Takers streak was ended by HHH I would stop watching! HHH shouldn't be champ and what he done to probably the best heels on Smackdown (not counting Edge) was terrible, he made them look like little boys. Taker > HHH

Haha, good ol HHH. IDk if it's true, but I could believe it, because he hasn't been carrying the show over there like he was supposed to. But I dont think HHH should decide he ends the streak, Taker should decide.

Agree entirely, HHH has been burying half of WWE for years, it's about time somebody like Taker took the reigns and put him in his place a little bit.

I personally like how they kinda make it into a movie.

TRIPLE H ANGRY FOR REVENGE SINCE HE LOST IN A SCRIPTED PROFESSION TO THE UNDERTAKER!!! WM 25 TRIPLE H VS. TAKER GRUDGE MATCH OH SHIT.

Doubtful.

HHH has probably spent more time on television on SD with his recent draft, than Undertaker has in his entire career. So, it's probably more of HHH's show than Taker's.

Also, above poster is a tool.

Hey so, I didn't know that HHH is also a writter and he writes the promos of SD.

And lol at Taker acting as he's a big shot on SD. Good to have you around, but SD survives with you almost 6-7 months a year without you thanks to your injuries so, if he wanted to take more time out, do it. Bring me Edge back and I'll be more than happy.

I don't see how HHH buried Shelton and MVP with that promo. He was basically stating the obvious.

He did bury Kendrick in the Scramble though, and by default everyone else. Kendrick was actually looking like a strong challenger for the first 15 mins. He actually looked better than everyone else. Then HHH came in and pinned him 2 or 3 times in the matter of 5 mins. That not only made Kendrick look like he was nowhere near HHH, but if made the rest of the guys who basically got taken to school by Kendrick in the first 15 minutes look bad as well.

I almost died when HHH said "I swear to ya, i'm gonna be WWE champion for like the next century!" One of my favorite moments in wrestling promo history. I loved it. Anyway...

HHH did 'bury' those guys in that promo as they got made to look like suckas (thanks Booker). The appropriate thing to happen would be for Shelton and HHH to get some pay back, and in turn get some heat back.

Kudos Taker. Way to stand up. Long live the streak.

Although, Edge needs to hurry the hell up and get back, Smackdown has been kinda boring without him, other than HHH.

If HHH ends Undertaker's streak, you might as well change the company name from "WWE" to "Look what my son in law can do." And I agree, HHH has buried the hell out of the up and comers on SD, in promos and in the ring, and I hope he's put in his place. He won't be though, because you know, he sticks his shillelagh in the boss's daughter so he can do no wrong and will never have to take a clean pin to a much more talented young guy.

First of all, I just want to say that nobody will break Taker's streak. I don't care who it is. Second, I thought the promo that "buried" MVP and Shelton was actually pretty funny and the overall segment was great. I'm not a big Triple H fan, but I just think people are starting to bitch just for the hell of it. Sure, Triple H's WWE Title reign is boring right now, but I guarantee that if anyone else had cut that promo on Shelton and MVP everyone would have loved it. The fact that Triple H was the one who did it is the problem, I like to call it the Triple H Bias. Creative name huh!?!?!?

Personally, if anyone else had done that promo, they would have sky rocketed in overness. Imagine if Kennedy had done the same promo. He would have easily jumped a huge amount in over IMHO.

It was an awesome promo, I just think that HHH doesn't need that. Other guys do.

Well it was odds on that Taker AND Trips were gonna clash in the locker room, Taker is the leader at SD like Trips was at Raw. So when HHH ended up on SD the locker room isn't big enough for two massive ego's and leaders. So when trips cut that promo which IMO was wicked, and funny. Had it been done by anyone but Trips ppl would be raving about it not slagging it. So the heat for HHH was gonna come at some point, Coz lets face it he is the main target for anyone to have a pop. And the Promo was just some ammo to load the gun for a stand of off between the Two biggest stars on SD. I wouldn't be surprised to see one of them going back too Raw at some point in the not too distant future, I'm surprised Taker didn't go to Raw when Trips went to SD.
