He hasn't really taken anything into account. He says I should be dead, but he hasn't taken into account that juice said she protected me on N1 and then said she was gonna protect me again. He hasn't taken into account what I just said about my usage and he didn't take into account that Magic flipped 1x vig which pretty clearly points to town having another kill somewhere. He's not taken into account that JOAT is a risky fake to throw out blind on D1. He's just got this one "fake claim" narrative and is sticking to it.

Ok people I am back and I’m not scum honestly and I tell you why for 1 reason look at Flay last post he tries to throw shade on me but not full shade so if you guys mislynch me and I flip town he doesn’t look bad.
I’m now giving Shields and I think Ace town leans now.

It's more the absoluteness in certainty he has, I'd just expect him to say "Poyser is probably scum" - as opposed to sticking his neck on the line and suggesting anyone who disagrees is scum.
