Eh I don't really buy that. We've had cheap confirms in a lot of games over the years and they rarely ruined the entire game. I think the overly pessimistic and hostile response from some of the players did more harm than the cheap confirm itself. Repping out, incessant flaming, constantly talking about the game as if it could abruptly end at any moment...yeah, definitely didn't make things feel like a stable or fun situation. The fact is that the cheap confirm should've been something that hurt scum and yet it somehow led to two town modkills (the faults of those players, not the host) and we never got any closer to catching scum despite it. So yeah, huge overreactions all around. Calm down, people!
