Finally checked this out to see I've not been able to get even a single game. I'm a winger in a team which plays 4-4-2.

Accurate to real life tbh. Reminds me of when I was one of 2 players to not get on the field at all for senior house football the year we won it. The other player being the reserve keeper.

Mafia seek upturn in October

A tough start to the season has seen Mafia FC languishing in the drop zone. Fans of the club will be hoping for a better month of October but that will be no easy task as they open things up with a tricky game against the visiting Tottenham Hotspur. Odo and Spurs coach Mauricio Pochettino have had plenty to say in the build-up:

When the talking is said and done, Odo will hope his team can take advantage of the weaknesses he claims to have identified.

An important October...

With the team down in the dumps after a rocky September this was the month things really had to start going right for Mafia FC before they find themselves embroiled in a relegation battle. A lot was said on social media recently and not all of it positive, hopefully the harmony on the pitch would be an improvement from the discontent off it:

A missed penalty from Curry thankfully not enough to stop Mafia FC from picking up a vital three points on their travels. Hopefully they could bring a similar effort back to Smarks Park where high flying West Ham were the visitors:

With that the month of October was over in terms of league football and it must have come as a bitter blow to concede four goals on the back of an encouraging clean-sheet. Mafia FC would now turn their attention to the Carabao Cup where they would look to make it a third successive win and a trip to the fifth round. This game would also mark the eagerly awaited return of key striker, Junk :
