Madison Rayne Leaving Impact Wrestling

Even though I liked Madison and Josh together I thought Don Callis with Josh was better together and they really messed with each other every Impact or PPV. I just hope Striker doesn't go overboard almost like I know more Wrestling History then you type of attitude.

I’m not really a fan of Striker but I’m hyped for D’Lo. I never had an issue with Madison and Josh together tbh but this does seem like an improvement just for D’Lo alone

I just hope they can bring some excitement to the show, Josh and Madison just can not sell angles with they're mono tone talking, so even if this new pairing ends up like a discount Mike Tenay (knowledge) and Don West (for his enthusiasm ) I'll be happy.

Again Madison sucks so I'll take anyone over her. Striker was ok during his WWE days. Came off like too much off a fan but he knew what he was talking about so eh. DLO will be interesting, but I've listened to shoots he's done in the past so I won't doubt him.

Impact has needed some fresh people on the broadcast team for a long time now. Both Josh and Madison were completely bad. Just from this weeks episode of Impact alone they were repeating each other constantly instead of calling what was going on in the ring.

Striker was alright in LU to me. He does get overly excited but Impact needs someone like him right now. Especially when they don't have a crowd. D'Lo I bet will be good.

I wish all the best to Madison in her future endeavors of course. It is just time for both sides to split off to do something fresh.

From what I've read it seem like nether person getting fired, Josh got a promotion and Madison meant to be making a statement on her future soon (back to wrestling?) so it not that bad for them. Everyone wins, especially the fans lol.

Seems like both are leaving commentary and being replaced with Matt Striker and D'lo Brown. Thoughts on that people? I've heard Matt Striker was very knowledgeable when it comes to wrestling history but is he any good at making commentary interesting to hear? As for D'lo Brown, it will be interesting to see how he gets on as I don't think he ever done commentary before has he? Glad some one new is getting a shot regardless.

Yep he promoted to Senior Producer for the weekly TV show so good for him. Yea i liked Striker and D'lo Brown, seem to complement each other well so i think its a good move going forward. Plus I'm a sucker for a commentary team calls the moves happening in ring lol

Yeah so far I'd say new commentary team was a success after the one show. Striker annoyed me in the ways I expected but overall I enjoyed him and then you factor in how much better than Josh he is then it's no contest D'lo was good too, not anything memorable but he was just solid and consistent all night without ever annoying me

Striker didn't bother me, i found him interesting. Maybe it just because I've let my standard's drop after Josh reign of blandness and Excalibur annoying habit of yelling out tope suicida every 5 bloody mins. I think D'lo Brown will grow into the role, i think he was a bit nerves to begin with but settled down as the show went on.

I didn't hear that bit, soon as i saw Matt show up i went for a piss break and a cig But yea he should cut the cringe out and just explain the moves and stuff, he seemed good at that.
