I bought the 360 a day after release, and no such bugs existed. You think it's Blue to buy something full price when it is brand new? That is terrible logic dude, terrible. There are many advantages of purchasing it early, let alone the sheer enjoyment of playing something revolutionary as soon as possible. Who wants to sit around and listen to their friends playing the best console out right now instead of playing it yourself?

Your logic is flawed, as it would apply to every single new product on any market.

Would it not be more wise to be the opposite? Wise with your money regarding stuff you don't get much usage out of. It's like being wise with your money regarding what computer chair you buy, if you spend 10 hours plus a day on a computer chair. If you get that much usage, then no price is too high. Paying a ridiculous amount for something that doesn't get much usage is when things become "Blue".

I know for sure I play my XBOX a lot, so paying a one-time large fee is most definitely logical if it means I get to play it asap.

Honestly the XBOX One doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. All the bells and whistles aren't why I buy a video game console. Probably will go Sony sometime around 2015

Xbox One looks amazing to me. You should check out E3 before you make your final decision anyway. You will get more gaming news/reveals watching that than you would the XBOX reveal.

I didn't even get a 360 until late 2006, brother. Video games are not of a huge importance in my life and I get plenty of enjoyment from my 360 still. There is no reason for me to not wait until the price drops a hundred or two hundred bucks

I can't wait for the new console. Xbox360 is equal to playing a 2002 high end computer as far as specs go. PC gaming has been the way to go since 06 just based on the fact it looks so much nicer. It will be great to have a console up to the current standards. I originally was a playstation boy until ps2 came out and I had to buy several due to it breaking. The 360 gave me LOTS of trouble the first 4 or 5 years with RROD and some other random ass error I got on one of my broken ones. I honestly just like Microsoft more than sony, and now we can play blu rays on the new xbox? That's another reason for me to enjoy it. I don't even have a blu-ray player and rely on a lot of downloading movies from the microsoft store(pirate bay)

I actually Pirate things quite a bit so the ps3 didn't really have an advantage over the xbox in that department. Although, I will see a movie in theatre and if I like it buy it. Or if I pirate it and like it i'll buy it. That's common curtoesy imo.

Anyways, if XBOX ONE DOES have madden it will be a 360 port and will be missing some key features (madden 10 or 11? not sure had that same issue) The real madden will be 2015 like Dolph said based on that fact alone.

None of my friends go out and buy it first day either, or did. So many of my friends that were exicted for the 360 are in their mid twenties now and have some higher end priorities. Money is an issue as you get older and we can't just ask our parents for a new gaming system. I'll have to wait awhile to get it and check out reviews. I'm not totally sold on xbox one. If the ps4 gets rave reviews and is a clear favorite i'll go with that.

I understand what you mean by not being able to get it right from the grip.
