On second thoughts, if you change the writing slightly, to make it more visible then perhaps that one does blend more.

in my oppinon go with the blue one, its good i like it.... i think should be a bit bigger though.

I go with the blue one cuz u can see the lettering although its not really the best thing try to avoid adding drop shadow on the pictures, and I'm guessing used the one below Inner Glow.. it seems like they have rounded edges towards the ending's it would have worked a bit better if you used blending options with multiple layer's and changing their appearance.
