so, it seems it’s something floating around saying Alexa is going to win the men’s Rumble for Wyatt. As much as I love Alexa. I hope not.

So I think I know where this rumour started and I don't think it's an actual rumour. It was speculated by one of the hosts on Wrestletalk that they would do this upon hearing there would be a scary finish the men's rumble. So I don't think it has any actual basis on sources or anything.

I'd fucking die laughing though if they did something so dumb

Why wouldn't I be being serious. He's proven he can hang. He has credit outside wwe that makes him marketable and non-wwe fans would tune in to mania just to watch him fight for the wwe title. Makes all the sense. Especially if he is committed to the company which it seems like he is.

Not enthused about this. Didn't enjoy Edge vs Orton last year, so I'm not keen for a retread lol.

If this is how we get a conclusion to Edge/Orton without them having another big singles match then I'm all for it. After they have their stuff early, Orton can get involved with Fiend fuckery and Edge can move on to his next feud whoever that may be (AJ Styles? )

Is there any reason to believe that The Fiend wont return during the Royal Rumble match? Edge and Orton starting it off leads me to believe that he will be there.

That's what I'm thinking is gonna happen. They can essentially fight each other for half an hour before the Wyatt fuckery. Edge eliminates Orton and that's the end of it
