Not everyone from Chicago worships him and there's no reason to chant for someone that's not in a match. Aew were in Chicago this week too. No chants. People don't chant for Brett Hart in Calgary unless someone does a sharpshooter. Can we please for the fucking love of christ stop acting like this dude is Michael Jordan. Good grief
I know Jeff can be a bit much sometimes, and I’m sure even he would admit that, but this is definitely a time he’s right. Like he was legit fired the day of a show in Chicago, and besides like very very few CM Punk chants that you couldn’t even hear on tv and only knew about because it was on Twitter (and all the other fans shut it down) like, it’s very likely not happening here. Then they had a PPV the night after, still nothing. Was just there Wednesday night again, nothing. I think at this point even Chicago doesn’t really care all that much. Will they pop if he shows up? Yeah, probably. But they definitely won’t give a fuck if he doesn’t.
