It closes the loophole or "why don't they just climb out"

Putting a lid on like the original wargames would probably be better, but if they’re not going to I definitely agree this rule giving a reason why nobody can leave is perfect.

Plus there was at one war games in WCW even with the roof where they just walked out the door and brawling on the outside for half the match and it’s like why lol.

I agree but AEW even brawls outside most with the top (not the last I think tho?) Bc of the same reason WWE doesn't want one, dives lol

Yeah, I think having the tule a net positive either way and honestly it makes the WWE WarGames different from Blood and Guts and War Chamber where they do go outside and WWE keep everyone inside. Different spots and finishes.

I will say despite loving the finish of the first BG match with the death of Jericho submission, I probably will prefer WWE keeping everyone inside because it’s meant to be a blood feud where the heels can’t run.

You got to love adding that steel plate between the rings to make it look aesthetically more punishing but is all round safer than the gap between the two rings.
