If they get 45 minutes on Raw and have a banger, people may forget about them being bumped.

But I will admit, I don’t really understand why it’s happening. Thought it was a health thing. Maybe they just want to draw ratings for that Raw.

45 minutes on raw is still shit because it'll b like 3 commercial breaks imo. There's zero reason for a midcard match to not be bumped for this. Hunter books Becky like shit since nxt tbh

Yeah they'll probably get more time on Raw which is a plus bc the alternative woulda been a most likely rushed PPV match, just weird bc they built it so well for months. I really hope they didn't get cut bc of the stupid battle royal

I’m assuming it’s a time thing. Same reason Raquel and Rhea got pushed back.

But Hunter can’t win; cause if they’re on Summerslam and go out there and have a 10 minute match, people would be pissed anyway

I'd almost bet it was the battle royal too. They got the big money sponsor so it takes priority, when it should just be kickoff show

Bro if he doesn’t win, you shouldn’t have even booked him in the match.

Cause this would be the 3rd thing in 4 weeks that everyone wanted him to win that he doesn’t.

This is a case where I woulda been fine with the show being more like 5 hours to get Trish/Becky and Rhea/Raquel on the card.

Unless they have a bunch of mascots ringside for the battle royal like they did at..Mania? Surely they can just add the tag line to any match really.

I'm not going to say that it directly related to Bex/Trish not making the card but I think the decision Ronda made to leave definitely changed things up and they had to speed shit up. I reckon had she not been leaving, they'd probably still be tag champs and quite likely not on the show at all.

Even though they could have done it regardless, I get the impression that the rumoured Liv injury threw a spanner in the works for Rhea's match and they've course corrected on that until the next PLE I guess.

It's kind of a blessing and a curse that they've got matches missing out that should have been on there.

I don't really have an issue with Rhea/Raquel not on the PPV, other than getting Rhea showcased it wasn't PPV quality for me anyway

To be honest its a good card, Id get rid of the battle royal and add Becky Vs Trish, Its probably the second biggest built feud in the company right now, which baffles me they didn't have the match on the card in the first place.

A lot of details here, but the main reason noted was that their match time would be severely cut because Triple H/WWE is adamant about giving all PLE matches enough time. There was consideration to moving the match to Payback, and neither of the two were thrilled that it got bumped off the card
