So many weird takes on the Sasha/Bianca stuff in here. I'm gonna go ahead and say there was a zero percent chance any of this was the actual plan. The fact an actual reason for both Bianca and Sasha missing both missing those shows hasn't come out would all but indicate something COVID related.

Onto people thinking this was the plan all along because Becky was ready to return, yeah bullshit. If this was the plan all along, the dirtsheets would have gotten a hold of it and not a single credible one has reported anything. The last report of her actual return was supposed to be September or October, I forget which.

To me it seems like they got that news of them missing the house shows and then immediately panned to Becky as a backup option should that match not go ahead. I'd like to say they did the squash because she's not fully ready to return but knowing the shape she's been in for ages and knowing the WWE, it's probably not the case.

Taking it at face level though and assuming they were put in a tough spot and had to scramble around with 1 week to go or whatever it was, i'm actually struggling at what they could have actually done because it feels like most options all have a negative outcome.

sasha has to be implicated with the covid situation - it's why her and bianca were pulled from the live events, and kalisto was pulled from a meet & greet. hopefully she's just a close contact and isolating, or if she's got it, she recovers well

Yeah but that's not his point lol USA has been passed about stuff before and that's why we got a HIAC match in Raw the night after HIAC bc there was one on smackdown

and this here (pissing off the networks) is the only thing they need to worry about and try not doing. Because then TV deals are huge money makers for them. Got to wonder at what point does USA/NBCU say enough and not renew.

And if they really do sell then I think NBC is the logical buyer so they're probably more worried about Fox
