Yeah, I got you and no. They run their police departments they way you'd want your real life one to be run. If you want to do that kind of stuff that's why they let you RP as criminals too. Their serious about the cops. You have to take a 2-week course and a test and everything. And they only allow signups once everyone few months.

Considering this is a draft I assume the concept is a split brands, but personally they've failed to uphold it the last 4 times it's been tried. One roster, but the same talent don't appear on both shows every week is better imo. Just make the belts brand exclusive maybe.
