Friday night's Crown Jewel fallout edition of WWE SmackDown averaged 2.249 million viewers, up 4.8 percent from the last time the show aired on Fox two weeks ago. The October 15 SmackDown episode aired on FS1 due to a scheduling conflict with the MLB playoffs.
SmackDown finished in seventh place in overall viewers out of eight shows on the major networks.
In the 18-49 demo, SmackDown drew a 0.58 rating, up 11.5 percent from two weeks earlier. That beat everything else on the networks but was fourth overall on television, trailing game six of the MLB American League Championship Series and two NBA games.
SmackDown also topped the networks in the 18-34 demo with a 0.35 rating, almost 50 percent higher than the closest network show in that category.
SmackDown aired on FS1 this week in 2020, so year-over-year comparisons aren't fair. If the numbers are being compared to the previous week in 2020, Smackdown was up 5.9 percent in overall viewers but down 3.3 percent in the demo.
As compared to the last 10 weeks of Fox airings, SmackDown was up 2.3 percent in overall viewers but down 1.7 percent in 18-49.
