The Survivor Series go-home edition of Friday Night Smackdown averaged 2.064 million viewers on Fox, down 1.9 percent from the previous week. It's the lowest audience total for the show since July 30.
In the 18-49 demo, SmackDown drew a 0.52 rating, down 7.1 percent from the prior week. That matches SmackDown's lowest rating in that category since July 9, which was the week before the show moved out of the ThunderDome.
SmackDown finished third on the networks in the 18-49 demo. ABC's 20/20 did a much larger than usual rating, and Shark Tank, which immediately preceded it, was also up.
Cable news, and Fox News in particular, was also way up due to coverage of the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict announcement.
As compared to the same week in 2020, SmackDown was down 11.3 percent in viewers and down 25.7 percent in 18-49. The latter is the largest year-over-year drop for the show since March 19.
