I don't think they can go to one belt yet bc rn Roman is still technically two champs and the Universal title reign is the one reaching 1k, but they wouldn't wanna keep that one over the WWE title with the long history, but also can't retire Universal and have Roman's reign not keep counting up the scoreboard
