Yeah, they just changed the strap and updated the logo on the center sides because originally they had been gold but then they changed them to white scratch logos. But it was the big eagle.

Austin was given Big Eagle night after Mania XIV (Blue Strap Big Eagle). Eventually he switched to Smoking Skull and then eventually it became Big Eagle got a Black Strap. I got the Black Strap one

It was actually surprisingly a long time before they actually removed the block logos from all the belts. It was like early to mid 99. The intercontinental still had the purple strap and the block logo until I want to say Jeff Jarrett won it

There was two versions of the black strap one too. Originally the black strap had gold scratch logos, but then when Austin had it after over the edge then they got swapped out for white ones.
