The Jacob Fatu thing is apparently Jacob telling people he's signed but the sheets haven't confirmed that with WWE so I have this fear he's fucking it up spilling plans before they're done. That was a very Vince thing, he hated when people told they were discussing things before, we'll see how it goes here
