You must be new to wrestling because they have pulled the whole "champion gets pinned, sometimes more than once" thing to build up matches multiple times over the last 3 decades. Solo's current character also works for this because he's a chickenshit heel who needs a group to help him win, if he were the enforcer still who didn't speak and just kicked ass, that would make him look weak.

how does making solo look suuuuuper weak build to anything?

idk, it just doesn’t work for me. maybe they’ve done things where champs get pinned to make them more focused or angry, but after the joke of a jey uso run we witnessed in the last two months, i’d be hopping mad if i was solo sikoa.

but did it do anything for anybody? were you invested in that storyline emotionally or sports-entertainment wise? other than the bloodline enthusiasts, who did that satisfy?

but that’s my opinion, if it worked for you then good! i rarely have strong wrestling opinions, it just didn’t work for me.
