I still could see them doing Punk vs. Cody vs. Roman at Mania. Despite what I think about Punk, that would be a hell of an intriguing Main Event and at the moment it would be my personal most interesting option.
While I would personally prefer that Cody beats Roman one on one, I wouldn’t hate this. Punk would get in the main event that would be the bigger one of the main events plus punk and Cody are my two favorite guys right now and having them in the same match wouldn’t suck. However, I don’t want to see Seth dirty like that and I think him and Punk will have magic.
I think Mania gonna be a mixed bag like last year. Not a bad one overall, I'm sure we gonna see only good to great stuff, but I'd rather keep my expectations low and get surprised, rather than the other way around.
If Punk gets a Main event, and Cody becomes the universal champion, I’m Vibin, regardless of the rest of the card. To be honest.
I would just prefer that Triple Threat scenario, because I feel Cody/Roman II alone would be just too predictable in the end. Of course, I imagine everyone thought last year it was predictable af already, but Punk as an extra option would make the Mania Mainer way more open from the very get go.
Oh, for sure. That's fair. It doesn't have to be 100% 5-Star classics to be a great Mania.
